Check out Tim Ferriss’s writeup on one of his (and ours) favorite exercises: The Kettlebell Swing

The Kettlebell Swing is a dynamic, explosive (but controlled) movement that hits most systems associated with muscular, skeletal, and cardiovascular growth. The barrier-to-entry in swinging is low (all you need is a kettlebell), and it can be used in a relatively compact space. You can also diversify your workouts into other movements like goblet squats, shoulder press, kettlebell snatch or clean, and more.
Read http://greatist.com/fitness/22-kick-ass-kettlebell-exercises for some great variations.
In celebration of the swing, today’s workout will be Ferriss’s prescription:
75 total reps, all in one if possible, rest between sets as needed.
